Underground Storage Tanks

Kennedy’s underground tank technologies are unsurpassed. The STI-P3™ Corrosion Protection System - which Kennedy initiated and developed in cooperation with the Steel Tank Institute has an unmatched anti-leak record.  Kennedy’s ACT-100^® tanks provide the combination of steel and fiberglass. A scratch resistant 100 mil thick fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) laminate bonds to the steel outer tank wall to provide protection against corrosion. Kennedy's ACT-100-U^® combines the strength and compatability of steel and a tough 70 mil urethane coating for protection against corrosion.  Kennedy’s Permatank™ is a double-wall tank that consists of an inner tank constructed of strong, durable steel which is compatible with alternative fuels, while the outer wall tank is a monolithic wrap of 100 mils minimum fiberglass which provides resistance to external corrosion.
